Making a booking

1. Initial Reservation

Please refer to the booking table here to see when the apartment is free:

To make a reservation please contact Elizabeth Barlow to confirm availability and make a reservation. Email Liz on Elizabeth_barlow@btinternet.com or telephone on 0044 7810 308510.

Reservations will be held for 5 working days pending receipt of your deposit and booking form.

2. Booking Form and Deposit

Complete the booking form carefully and return, as soon as possible, either by post (address on booking form) or by email with either a cheque for the non refundable deposit of £100 (or 150 euros) or by direct bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to Richard Barlow.

If you choose to make a direct bank transfer to either our UK bank account or Austrian Bank account please request the appropriate bank details in order to make the payment.

On receipt of the completed booking form and deposit a Confirmation letter/invoice will be posted to you.

3. Balance

The balance is payable no later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Once full payment is made a Confirmation letter/Receipt will be posted to you with full directions to the apartment and arrangements for key collection.
